Protecting Children in Crisis

Lebanon’s ongoing conflict and economic collapse have disrupted markets, displaced more than 1.2 million people—including 420,000 children—and driven up the cost of essential goods while constraining supply chains in high-risk areas such as Baalbek and the South. Families faced acute food insecurity, restricted market access, and escalating protection risks for children and caregivers. In response, Save the Children launched the “Protecting Children in Crisis: Market Assessment for Displaced Families in Lebanon,” with 360 Consulting leading the assessment to evaluate market functionality, protection risks, and supply dynamics across affected regions. The study enabled data-driven decisions on safe, market-based interventions that strengthened access to essential goods and supported child well-being. Its findings ultimately shaped humanitarian strategies serving over 420,000 displaced children, their caregivers, and broader market actors within the affected population of 1.2 million.

Testimonial

I first learned about 360 Consulting through a trusted colleague, though I wasn’t familiar with the firm at the time. After working with them, I was deeply impressed by the team’s resilience, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond—qualities rarely seen in consultants. They actively listened, valued our feedback, and created a collaborative, comfortable environment. Professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to adding value, 360 stood out as one of the best consultancies I’ve worked with.
360’s recommendations were widely adopted and had a lasting impact on our organization. They guided our strategic direction, improved internal processes, and were applied across ongoing and future projects. Key insights were shared in advocacy forums, influencing stakeholders and shaping discussions at the sector level. The INMAA report in particular became a reference point, providing best practices that strengthened our initiatives’ impact and alignment with sector priorities. The value they added extended far beyond the project itself.
