Comprehensive Organizational Capacity Assessment

Al Majmoua, one of Lebanon’s leading microfinance institutions, faced growing organizational challenges as it sought to sustain its impact: the need to strengthen management systems, improve financial sustainability, streamline operations, and enhance coordination across departments such as HR, program delivery, M&E, and communications

To address these gaps and align its operations with long-term strategic goals, Al Majmoua, under the RDPP-funded Strategic Growth initiative, partnered with 360 Consulting. Through a comprehensive capacity assessment, 360 conducted a structured review across all departments and developed a prioritized strengthening plan. This process not only improved efficiency, coordination, and data-driven decision-making but also equipped Al Majmoua with a clear roadmap to reinforce its effectiveness and sustainability.
