Kassem El Saddik
Co-Founder, Lead Learning & Evaluation Expert
Kassem El Saddik is an evaluation practitioner, researcher, and panelist with over 18 years of experience across the Middle East, North America, and Africa. He has led results-based management and monitoring frameworks within government institutions and conducted program and policy evaluations worldwide. Kassem is a co-founder of the EVALSDGs network, the MENA Evaluation Network (EvalMENA), and the Lebanese Evaluation Association (LebEval). His work reflects a strong commitment to accountability, learning, and evidence-based decision-making at institutional and global levels.
Rachelle Saade
MEAL Consultant & Evaluation Specialist
Rachelle is a humanitarian specialist with over 10 years of experience in the humanitarian field, working with national and international organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in Epidemiology and has contributed to research in Canada. Her work focuses on organizational needs assessment, monitoring and evaluation systems, and quality improvement initiatives. Rachelle has advised feminist organizations advocating for gender equality, supporting positive change and growth at the community and institutional levels.
Sarah Al Omari
Research & Evaluation Consultant
Sarah has a strong background in research, specifically in population-based studies and the development field. She has a Ph.D. in Epidemiology at the American University of Beirut. As a health researcher with 7 years of experience, Sarah specializes in study design, quantitative data analysis using SPSS and Stata software, and qualitative research methodologies. Sarah has co-authored 8 academic papers published in peer-reviewed journals.
Sandra Hilal
Research & Evaluation Consultant
Sandra has worked in different contexts and gained knowledge and experience in research and evaluation data collection, analysis, and reporting. She holds a master's degree in Health Promotion and Community Health and has been working with the 360 Consulting team, which ensures in all projects gender representation as a cross-cutting issue, on several WASH, Education projects, and livelihood projects with local and international organizations.
Alaa El-Arid
Operations and Finance Officer
Alaa is the central focal point for finance and tenders operations at 360 Consulting, where she leads the lifecycle management of tendrs/bids applications, financial systems, and contractual compliance.Currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Lean Six Sigma (TUMx), she supervises the recruitment logistics and internal workflows. With a BS in Computer Science, Alaa leverages technical expertise to maintain high-precision financial tracking and operational efficiency.
Mariam El Jamal
Research & Evaluation Senior Associate
Mariam is an epidemiologist and biostatistician in training with extensive experience in data analysis, research, and program evaluation. She has led large-scale evaluations and national studies, including Lebanon’s National Survey on Mental Health. Her expertise spans quantitative and qualitative methodologies, with a strong command of data management, statistical modeling, and analytical reporting. At 360 Consulting, she leads data coordination and analytical processes across multiple humanitarian and development evaluations, ensuring methodological rigor and evidence-based insights.

Daniel Delati is a change management expert in the socio-economic field specializing in strategic leadership, organizational development, and impact analysis. He works with individuals and organizations unpacking the many dynamics of change, positive transformation, and growth at the personal, communal, and institutional levels. His work has guided leaders, businesses, and communities in navigating transitions and building resilience. Daniel has 20 years of expertise working in small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profit organizations.
Samar Kamaleddine

Samar Kamaleddine is a Human Resources and
Organizational Psychology professional passionate about bridging human
potential and business success. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree
in Human Resources Management at the American University of Beirut, building on
a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of
Balamand. With experience spanning recruitment, talent
development, and performance management across diverse industries, Samar brings
a well-rounded perspective to her HR practice. She is also the co-host of The
Decision Navigators Podcast and the Overcoming Indecisiveness series on
LinkedIn, platforms dedicated to helping people navigate life and career
decisions with greater clarity and confidence
Racha Halwani
Research Associate
Racha Halwani is a researcher with a background that bridges political science, public administration, and applied research across multiple fields. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from the Lebanese University, a foundation that shapes her analytical approach to understanding institutional dynamics, policy contexts, and social phenomena. Her research portfolio extends across diverse sectors, from authoring corporate case studies on the psychological drivers of organizational change for Zain UAE to developing specialized papers on migration, human rights, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). At 360 Consulting, she contributes to evidence-based projects that support accountability, learning, and meaningful impact across the region.
